About me and my practice
As an integrative transpersonal counsellor and psychotherapist, I tailor an individual and holistic psychotherapeutic approach to support my clients on their unique path towards self-love. Empowering them to embrace their authentic selves and lead more meaningful lives.
Within the therapeutic setting, we embark on a journey of exploration into our experiences, inner worlds and actions. For instance, we may discover how unmet needs, past experiences or learned beliefs influence our present thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. This process of self-awareness paves the way for internal transformation and promotes subjective wellbeing.
Persistent longings, inner voids, or painful life events often serve as opportunities to delve deep and initiate or deepen the healing process. Together, we explore the ways in which life presents itself in a safe, compassionate and confidential environment where you can openly explore and address your presenting challenges.
After an extensive and diverse career spanning over 20 years in the corporate world, including roles in banking and project management, I felt a profound calling to embark on a career change in the field of wellbeing. This led me to pursue training in different schools, universities, and countries, which ultimately guided me towards the path of psychotherapy.
Additionally, following a life-limiting diagnosis, I underwent another transformative journey that deeply impacted my personal growth. Confronting my own mortality has gifted me with profound insights and a heightened understanding of life's value.
By incorporating my diverse background, life experiences, and therapeutic expertise, I am committed to supporting my clients wholeheartedly in their own journeys of self-discovery, healing, and self-love.
Along this transformative journey that is life, it is as a psychotherapist where I feel most fulfilled and closest to my true self.
